Age Limit : 

The candidates must have be completed 18 years of age and must not have crossed the age of 32 years as on 01/01/2012 The Upper age limit is relax able by 05 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories and for all women candidates.

Pay Scale : Rs 9,300/- to Rs 34,800/- with Grade Pay Rs 2400/-

Educational Qualification : 

The candidates have the high school certificate examination or equivalent examination form a recognized university and have a diploma course in automobile engineering 03 years course or diploma course in mechanical engineering awarded by the state council of technical education 03 years course.

Selected candidates will undergo training for a period on 1 (one) year at various NSPCL Units and will be paid a consolidated stipend and on successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale as follows:-Post Consolidated stipend during training Scale of Pay (IDA Pattern) after successful completion of Training .

During the period of 1 year training, trainees will also get medical facility for self, leave, bachelor accommodation etc. as per the rules of the company.On their regularization in respective grades, the emoluments will include Basic Pay, Industrial dearness allowance, perquisites and allowances not exceeding 47% of basic pay and other benefits under social security measures like PF, Gratuity, Insurances etc. as per applicable rules. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

Selection Process: Written Examination and Personal Interview

Written Test Pattern -> The All India Test is tentatively scheduled to be held on 11/01/2015 (Sunday). The written test can be taken in Hindi and English. The test will be in two parts. Part-I will be Knowledge Test and will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of the relevant discipline(s) as advertised. Part-II will be Aptitude Test and will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on General Awareness, Quantitative aptitude, English & Reasoning. There is a separate qualifying mark for each part.

Application Fee: Rs.300/- for Diploma Engineer TRainee, Rs.200/- for ITI and Lab Assistant Trainee. The SC/ST/PWD candidates need not pay the registration fee. The candidates can make payment through Internet banking/ Debit Card / Bank Challan.
